    ACTIONS MATTER

The Heroes Project believes that actions matter and our mission is to actively promote positive mental health and reduce work-related mental health injuries by providing the awareness and resources that first responders, their communities, and leaders need.

So please follow along in our journey as we work towards ending the stigma around occupational stress injuries with the launching of the website, The Heroes Podcast coming in the fall of 2021 and The Ride of Hope in the summer of 2022.

    • THE HEROES PODCAST

My name is Clarence Wesloski and join me on each episode as I chip away at the stigma associated with mental illness within the first responder community, one inspirational guest at a time.

The Heroes Podcast will have guests on with clinical expertise, legislative authority, and first responders with stories of courage and hope to remind us that we are absolutely not alone.

So I hope you enjoy the podcast and lets end the stigma around occupational stress injuries together and help keep the conversation going!
